Member Terms of Use

1. Identity and scope
FitSuite is a product of SUPALABS SRL, based in Italy (VAT IT04596950248). FitSuite is a technology platform that enables your coach or personal trainer to deliver fitness and nutrition programs digitally. FitSuite does not provide medical, nutritional, or sports advice: all content related to your fitness journey is created and managed exclusively by your coach.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FitSuite. By creating an account and using the app, you fully accept these Terms of Use and the Member Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you will not be able to complete registration or use the service.
3. Account creation
Access to FitSuite is provided through an invitation code from your coach. Your coach controls the duration of your membership. You are required to provide accurate information during registration and keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
4. The service
Through the FitSuite app you can: view workout plans and nutrition plans, track your progress (body weight, measurements, photos), fill in questionnaires (anamnesis and periodic check-ins), and communicate with your coach through the platform. All workout and nutrition plan content is created and managed exclusively by your coach.
5. Data you provide
When using FitSuite you may provide: name, email, phone number (optional), date of birth, gender, body weight, body measurements, progress photos, and questionnaire answers. Your coach is the data controller for your personal data related to your fitness journey; FitSuite (SUPALABS SRL) processes such data as data processor on behalf of your coach. 6. Photo uploads
Progress photos you upload are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudinary) and are accessible to your coach through their dashboard. By uploading photos to the app, you consent to this storage and sharing with your coach.
7. Health and fitness disclaimer
FitSuite is NOT a medical application and does not provide any type of health advice. The workout and nutrition plans displayed in the app are created by your coach, who is solely responsible for the safety and suitability of the proposed programs. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting any workout program or dietary regimen. FitSuite disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the execution of programs created by your coach.
8. User obligations
You agree to: provide truthful and up-to-date information; not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes; not attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the app; not share your login credentials with third parties; not upload offensive, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
9. Intellectual property
The FitSuite application, including its design, code, trademarks, and interface, is the property of SUPALABS SRL. Workout and nutrition plans are the intellectual property of your coach. Your personal data belongs to you and you may request its deletion at any time.
10. Membership and access
Access to the app is managed by your coach, who determines the duration of your membership. There are no in-app purchases. When your membership expires, app access is blocked. To renew, contact your coach directly.
11. Termination and data deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app or by writing to [email protected]. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the request, except where the law requires retention for longer periods.
12. Limitation of liability
FitSuite provides the technology platform, not fitness or health advice. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SUPALABS SRL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or the execution of programs created by your coach. Your coach is solely responsible for all professional advice provided through the platform.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
14. Changes to terms
SUPALABS SRL reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published in the app and on the website. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
