About FitSuite
FitSuite is an all-in-one SaaS platform for personal trainers, fitness coaches, and gym owners, built by SUPALABS SRL in Italy. It replaces WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, and PDFs with a single multi-language app that handles clients, workout plans, nutrition, automated check-ins, white-label branding, and habit coaching — designed specifically for the European market.
Why FitSuite exists
European personal trainers are systematically underserved by existing software. The dominant platforms — Trainerize, TrueCoach, PT Distinction, My PT Hub — were built in North America. They ship in English only, bill in dollars, ignore VAT compliance, don't understand the concept of an Italian P.IVA or French SIRET, and don't speak to the realities of running a coaching business in the EU.
A trainer in Berlin working with German clients shouldn't have to navigate an English-only interface, receive USD invoices from a separate billing tool, or rebuild a GDPR-compliant data flow by hand. Yet that's exactly what happens today with most American-built platforms.
FitSuite starts from the opposite assumption: a coaching platform built first for Europe — 19 native languages, VAT and GDPR compliance by default, EU-hosted infrastructure.
What FitSuite does today
Today, FitSuite covers the full fitness-coaching workflow in a single application:
- Client management (CRM): profiles, goals, progress tracking, tags, segmentation
- Workout plans: drag-and-drop editor, video exercise library, reusable templates, periodisation tools
- Nutrition plans: macro tracking, recipe books, smart meal planner, integrations like Cronometer
- Automated check-ins: schedulable questionnaires capturing weight, photos, mood, sleep, and adherence
- Custom branding: white-label client app with your logo, colours, and custom domain
- Native mobile apps: iOS and Android for both trainers and clients, with offline access
- Habit coaching: track daily habits like hydration, sleep, and steps to build long-term accountability
- Workout Studio + team management (Studio plan): for studios and gyms with 100+ clients and multiple coaches

Why European-first matters
"European-first" sounds like marketing until you're an Italian trainer invoicing a French client and discovering that your American platform doesn't handle VIES, doesn't distinguish B2B/B2C reverse-charge VAT, and asks you to do it all manually in Excel.
For FitSuite, European-first means three concrete things:
- 19 native languages: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Greek, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Romanian. Not just the trainer interface — the client app switches language automatically too
- GDPR + EU hosting: data hosted on European Cloudflare infrastructure, processor agreements available, configurable retention, right-to-erasure supported by default
- VAT compliance: clear VAT line on invoicing, prices shown +VAT, Italian legal entity for fiscal clarity
See our category guides for how these three things translate into day-to-day ROI.
The team & the company
FitSuite is built by SUPALABS SRL, an Italian company based in the Veneto region. We're a small team of software developers, product designers, and consultants who worked with European personal trainers for years before starting to build the platform. The product grew from direct feedback by 500+ fitness professionals across Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the Nordics.

Our principles
- Honesty about features. We don't sell features we don't ship. Our comparison with 37 competitors openly shows where FitSuite wins and where it doesn't — yet. Our editorial policy documents the verification methodology.
- Transparent pricing. €50/month for up to 50 clients, €80/month for the Premium plan with 100 clients, €80/month base + €0.60/extra client on the Studio plan. VAT clearly shown. No hidden add-ons. Annual billing = 3 months free.
- European compliance by default. GDPR isn't an optional feature — it's a baseline architectural choice. No tracking by default, no marketing cookies without explicit consent.
- Real multilingual, not Google-translated. Every language is reviewed by native speakers in the fitness industry. No "/de/" path opening an English-only interface.
Where we're going
Features we don't have today include integrated payments, a Zapier-style automation engine, and built-in community forums. These are areas we're working on, but we don't promise dates: we'd rather be clear that they're not shipped today than label them "coming soon" without a realistic timeline.
The public roadmap is refreshed quarterly. If you want direct input on a specific feature, get in touch.
