Viewing Submissions

When a client submits a check-in, it appears in your Checks > Inbox with an unread badge. Click on any submission to see the full response — all fields, photos, and notes in one place.

You can also access a client’s check-in history from their profile under the Checks tab. Submissions are listed chronologically with quick-glance summaries showing key metrics.

Comparing Progress Photos

FitSuite includes a built-in photo comparison tool. Select two check-in dates and view progress photos side by side. You can compare front-to-front, side-to-side, or any combination. Swipe between dates or use the slider overlay to see changes clearly.

Photos are stored securely and only visible to you and the client.

Trend Charts

Numeric data like weight, measurements, and scale ratings are automatically plotted on trend charts. View trends over the last 4, 8, or 12 weeks, or set a custom date range. Hover over data points to see exact values and dates.

Charts make it easy to spot patterns — a plateau in weight, a dip in energy, or steady improvement in adherence scores.

Leaving Feedback

After reviewing a submission, leave a comment directly on the check-in. Your client receives a notification with your feedback in the app. Use this to acknowledge effort, flag concerns, or explain upcoming plan adjustments.

💡 Tip: Even a short “Looking great, keep it up” goes a long way. Clients who receive feedback on their check-ins are significantly more likely to submit the next one on time.

Marking as Reviewed

Click Mark as Reviewed to clear the submission from your inbox. This helps you keep track of which clients still need attention.
