Schedule Recurring Checks

Setting Up a Schedule

Once you’ve created a check-in form, you can schedule it to go out automatically. Go to Checks > Schedules or open a client’s profile and click Schedule Check-in.

Choosing the Frequency

Select how often you want clients to check in:

  • Weekly — best for clients in active transformation phases
  • Biweekly — a good default for most coaching programs
  • Monthly — suitable for maintenance clients or long-term tracking

Pick the day of the week and time of day the check-in notification should fire. Most coaches find Sunday evening or Monday morning works well — it sets the tone for the week ahead.

Notification Settings

When a check-in is due, FitSuite sends a push notification and an in-app reminder. You can also enable email reminders as a fallback. If a client hasn’t submitted after 24 hours, an automatic follow-up nudge is sent.

You can turn off the follow-up nudge per client if needed.

Per-Client Overrides

The default schedule applies to everyone assigned to the form, but you can override it for individual clients. Open the client’s profile, go to their check-in settings, and adjust the frequency or day without affecting the rest of your roster.

💡 Tip: Align check-in days with your weekly review routine. If you review clients every Monday, schedule check-ins for Sunday so responses are waiting when you sit down to work.

Managing Schedules

View all active schedules from Checks > Schedules. Pause, edit, or delete schedules at any time — pausing keeps the configuration intact so you can resume later.
