What Are Checks
The Check-in System
Check-ins are the backbone of progress tracking in FitSuite. They give you a structured, repeatable way to collect data from your clients at regular intervals — so you can coach with evidence, not guesswork.
When a check-in is due, your client receives a notification in the app. They fill out the form you’ve designed, and the response lands in your dashboard ready for review.
What Data Can You Collect?
FitSuite check-ins support a wide range of data types:
- Body weight — tracked over time with automatic trend charts
- Progress photos — front, side, and back poses with side-by-side comparison
- Body measurements — waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, and any custom measurement you define
- Mood and energy — subjective ratings on a scale so you can spot patterns in how clients feel
- Sleep and adherence — how well clients are sticking to the plan and recovering
- Custom fields — add any question that matters to your coaching style
Why Check-ins Matter
Consistent data collection helps you make smarter programming decisions. You’ll notice plateaus earlier, catch red flags like sudden weight changes or low mood streaks, and have concrete evidence to show clients how far they’ve come.
💡 Tip: Clients who complete regular check-ins are far more likely to stay engaged. The simple act of reporting in creates accountability and strengthens the coach-client relationship.
Where to Start
Head to Checks > Forms to create your first check-in template, then assign it to a client with a recurring schedule.
