Upload Your Logo

Your logo replaces the default FitSuite branding throughout the client experience. Clients see your brand — not ours — when they open the app, receive emails, and view their plans. It makes the platform feel like yours.

Logo Requirements

Before uploading, make sure your logo meets these specs:

  • Format — PNG or SVG (PNG with transparent background is recommended)
  • Size — minimum 512 x 512 pixels, maximum 2 MB file size
  • Shape — square aspect ratio works best; the logo will be displayed as a circle in some areas of the app
  • Background — transparent backgrounds look cleanest across both light and dark themes

How to Upload

  1. Go to Settings > Branding from your dashboard.
  2. Click the logo placeholder or the Upload Logo button.
  3. Select your file — a preview appears instantly so you can check how it looks.
  4. Click Save to apply.

Your logo updates across all surfaces within a few minutes.

Where Your Logo Appears

  • Client app — login screen, home screen header, and navigation bar
  • Emails — all automated emails sent to your clients (check-in reminders, invitations, receipts)
  • Web links — any shared links or public-facing pages tied to your account

💡 Tip: Test your logo on both light and dark backgrounds before uploading. A logo that looks great on white might vanish on dark mode.

Removing or Replacing

To change your logo, simply upload a new file — it overwrites the previous one. To revert to the default FitSuite branding, click Remove Logo on the same page.
