Add a Client

Adding a New Client

To add a client, navigate to Clients in the sidebar and click the + Add Client button in the top-right corner.

Fill in the required details:

  • Full name — first and last name.
  • Email address — used for the invitation and client login.
  • Phone number (optional) — for quick reference.
  • Goals — select one or more fitness goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness) to tailor their experience.

You can also add optional fields like date of birth, gender, and any initial notes you want to attach to their profile.

Sending the Invite

Once you save the client, FitSuite will prompt you to send an invitation email. The client receives a link to download the app (iOS / Android) and create their account, automatically linked to your coaching profile.

💡 Tip: You can skip the invite and send it later from the client’s profile page. This is useful if you’re importing clients in bulk and want to onboard them gradually.

What the Client Sees

After accepting the invite, your client can immediately access the mobile app. They’ll see any workout plans, nutrition plans, or check-in schedules you’ve already assigned.

📝 Note: Clients do not need to enter payment information to accept an invitation. Billing is handled separately through the Payments section.

Quick Add vs. Full Profile

If you’re in a hurry, just enter the name and email — you can complete the rest of the profile later. FitSuite will mark incomplete profiles with a yellow badge so you remember to fill them in.
