Assign a Plan to a Client
Assigning from the Plan Page
Open the workout plan you want to assign and click Assign to Client. Select one or more clients from the list, choose a start date, and confirm. The plan will appear on each client’s calendar immediately.
Assigning from a Client Profile
You can also assign plans directly from a client’s profile. Go to Clients, open the client, navigate to the Workout tab, and click Assign Plan. Browse your saved plans or templates, pick one, and set the start date.
Setting the Start Date
The start date determines when Day 1 of the plan begins on the client’s calendar. You can set it to today, a future date, or even a past date if you need to backfill. FitSuite maps each workout day to the correct calendar date based on the plan’s weekly structure.
Client Notifications
When you assign a plan, your client receives a push notification and an in-app message letting them know a new plan is ready. They can open the app and see every session laid out on their calendar.
Swapping Plans
To replace a client’s current plan, go to their Workout tab and click Swap Plan. Choose the new plan and start date — the old plan is archived automatically, and all previous workout logs are preserved in the client’s history.
💡 Tip: Schedule plan swaps a few days before the current plan ends so your client always has something queued up. No gaps, no confusion.
