The Client Experience
The Home Screen
When clients open the app, they land on a personalized home screen that shows everything at a glance:
- Today’s workout — the next session in their plan, ready to start with one tap
- Nutrition overview — daily macro targets and meals for the day
- Upcoming check-in — a countdown to their next scheduled check-in
- Recent messages — any unread messages from their coach
The home screen adapts based on what’s active. If a client only has a workout plan, nutrition and check-in sections stay hidden to keep things clean.
Viewing Workouts
Clients tap into their workout to see the full session: exercises, sets, reps, rest times, and any notes you’ve added. They log each set as they go — entering weight and reps — and the app tracks completion with a progress bar. Previous performance is shown alongside each exercise so clients know what to aim for.
Logging Meals
If a nutrition plan is assigned, clients can view their daily meal plan with ingredients and portions. They mark meals as completed or log what they actually ate. Macro totals update in real time throughout the day.
Submitting Check-ins
When a check-in is due, a prompt appears on the home screen. Clients fill out the form, upload progress photos, and submit — all within the app.
Messaging Their Coach
Clients can message you anytime from the Messages tab. They can send text, photos, and voice notes.
💡 Tip: Log in to the demo client account from Settings > Preview as Client to see exactly what your clients see. Make sure your clients have downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play.
