Zapier Integration
Overview
The Zapier integration lets you connect FitSuite to over 5,000 external apps — from Google Sheets and Mailchimp to Slack, Notion, and beyond. Push data out of FitSuite or pull actions in, all without writing code.
Connecting Zapier
- Log in to your Zapier account (or create one for free).
- Search for FitSuite in the app directory.
- Click Connect and sign in with your FitSuite credentials.
- Authorize the connection. Your FitSuite account is now linked.

Popular Zaps
Here are some of the most common setups trainers use:
- FitSuite → Google Sheets: Log every new client or payment to a spreadsheet for bookkeeping.
- FitSuite → Mailchimp: Automatically add new clients to an email marketing list.
- FitSuite → Slack: Get a Slack notification whenever a client submits a check-in.
- Google Forms → FitSuite: Create a new client in FitSuite when someone fills out a lead form.
Plan Requirement
The Zapier integration is available on the Advanced plan. If you’re on the Starter plan, upgrade from Settings → Billing to unlock it.
💡 Tip: Use Zapier’s built-in filters and formatting steps to clean up data before it reaches the destination app — for example, formatting phone numbers or splitting full names into first and last.
⚠️ Warning: Zapier tasks count toward your Zapier plan’s monthly quota. High-volume automations (like logging every check-in) can consume tasks quickly — monitor your usage in the Zapier dashboard.
