Create a Payment Plan

Overview

Payment plans let you charge clients for your coaching services — either as a one-time payment or on a recurring schedule. You create the plan once, then assign it to as many clients as you need.

One-Time vs Recurring

  • One-time: A single charge for a fixed service (e.g., a 12-week transformation program).
  • Recurring: Automatic billing on a set interval — weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Creating a Plan

  1. Navigate to Payments → Plans and click New Plan.
  2. Enter a name (e.g., “Monthly Coaching”) and optional description.
  3. Set the amount and currency.
  4. Choose One-time or Recurring. For recurring, select the billing interval.
  5. Optionally add a trial period (in days). Clients won’t be charged until the trial ends.
  6. Click Save.

Assigning to Clients

There are two ways to assign a plan:

  • From the plan: Open the plan, click Assign Client, and select one or more clients.
  • From the client profile: Go to a client’s Payments tab, click Add Plan, and choose from your existing plans.

The client receives a payment link via email or through the client app and can complete checkout securely via Stripe.

💡 Tip: Use trial periods to let clients experience your coaching before committing. A 7-day trial works well for monthly plans.

⚠️ Warning: Changing the price of a plan only affects new subscribers. Existing clients stay on the original amount unless you create a new plan.
