Connect Stripe

Overview

FitSuite uses Stripe Connect to process payments. Once linked, you can accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods directly through your coaching platform — with zero FitSuite fees on transactions.

Setting Up Stripe Connect

  1. Go to Settings → Payments in your FitSuite dashboard.
  2. Click Connect with Stripe.
  3. You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s OAuth flow. Sign in to your existing Stripe account or create a new one.
  4. Authorize FitSuite to access your account.
  5. Once redirected back, you’ll see a green Connected badge confirming the link.

Required Stripe Account Info

Stripe will ask you to verify:

  • Your legal name and business details
  • A bank account for payouts
  • Tax identification (varies by country)

If you already have a verified Stripe account, this step is instant.

Supported Currencies

FitSuite supports every currency available in Stripe, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and 100+ others. Your clients pay in the currency you set on each payment plan.

Fees

FitSuite charges no platform fee on payments. You only pay Stripe’s standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, varies by region).

💡 Tip: Enable multiple payment methods in your Stripe dashboard (Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA) to give clients more ways to pay.

⚠️ Warning: Disconnecting Stripe will immediately disable all active payment plans and subscriptions. Reconnect before your next billing cycle to avoid interruptions.
